We all know the importance of making sure Montana’s K-12 and college students are adequately prepared to be the employees and entrepreneurs of the future. To make that happen, teachers must have the tools they need to do their jobs well.
By supporting MLC, you further both of these critical priorities.
For Students: In the last few years, MLC has expanded the number of unique, hands-on, summer science camps it offers to K-12 students, which has led to year-after-year record breaking attendance. It also offers several NASA-affiliated programs for Montana middle and high school students available only through MLC.
For Teachers: MLC offers online and live continuing education courses for science teachers that show them how to incorporate Next Generation Science Standards into their curriculums, how to use MLC’s remote robotic telescope with their students and more.
MLC’s annual fundraiser provides you several ways to support MLC’s invaluable programs:
- Donate items or packages showcasing your business to the silent auction and/or the live auction with Faith Johnson, Miss Montana, and Curtis Grevenitz, KTVH’s chief meteorologist, as auctioneers
- Buy tickets to the event
- Spread the word about the event
- Become a sponsor by making a donation of at least $1,000 to MLC, view our Corporate Sponsor page for more info
